Gather in the grace of morning light at Mana and Wak, where each Sunday we invite you to unroll your mat and weave yourself into the fabric of our community with our Beginner/Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga sessions. 

Located amidst the serene natural backdrop of our Borehamwood retreat, these classes are more than just yoga—they are a spiritual symphony.  Under the guidance of our founder Toby, you’ll take part on a rhythmic journey of breath and movement. Each session is designed to challenge the body and cleanse the soul, promoting a harmony that resonates deeply with the spiritual ethos of Mana and Wak.
