Gong meditation (1)

Due to the sucess of the previous two sessions were excited to bring you the power of another full moon gong meditation.

This is a highly healing and effective meditation that will get deep into your bones and find its way to the places that need to be found.

Book early to recive the digital ticket price of 15GBP. The last two events have been sold out but any remaining spaces will be 20GBP "on the door".

We've found that it takes a while for people to bring themselves back into "the now" at the end of a session so this time round, for a nominal fee (2GBP), we will also be offering a perfectly brewed Hojicha (Japanses, roasted tea) to sit and sip as you stretch, breath and chat with your fellow meditators.
