ACTIVE

A half day of movment, yoga and sound. All at the Mana and wak HQ. On arrival the sessions will be laid out to you. We will break, drink tea... and begin. And once we have begun we will not stop until we must... we will go. Led by drums and our feet we will move through intense vinyasa, communactive movment and eventually meditation.  When we stop we will rest, eat, drink and talk around a fire. You will share if you wish to or perhaps you will merely stare into the flames and refuse to come back. To finish the journey, a sound bath, expertly played... it will be like nothing youve experiacned before. you will leave feeling reborn. New, changed.
