Service Description

An advanced vinyasa class for experienced practitioners. To attend, you should be working towards a freestanding handstand, with at least a wall-supported handstand in your practice; be able to drop back into wheel; and have a fairly consistent forearm stand. Booking is required at least 24 hours before the class starts.
