Service Description

This class is for experienced movers ready to explore the edges of their physical practice. We’ll focus on advanced postures and the transitions that link them—diving deep into inversions, handstands, backbends, and all the strange and beautiful shapes in between. Expect a strong, technical session that encourages both playful experimentation and disciplined form. Come prepared to sweat, learn, and fly. As this class moves at an advanced level, we ask that you either attend another class first or get in touch with someone at Mana and Wak before joining, so that we can chat through your experience and get a sense of your practice.
