FIVE OR TEN CLASS PASS
These packs can be used with any classes on the Mana & Wak schedule. Pre-booking (one class at a time minimum is required)
A one hour session with one of our highly skilled practitioners. Yoga, Martial arts, fitness or meditation. Take advantage of our years of experience and gain the skills you want. Do you feel you need to learn some self defence? Do you want to master a handstand or be coached towards your first 5k run. Do you want to soak up the power and mental benefits of a mixture of all of thse things? A private session is a great way to get yourself on the right track for the persoanl growth you are craving.
MANA & WAK WANDERER
Come onto the site at your convenience (with as little as one hours notice) to use our facilities. Run on the track, use the weights room or studio to do your practice (outside of scheduled class time). Or come with another community member and work out together. This is a great way to experience the grounds, relax on your own and find a quiet spot for a meditation, or talk philosophy and have a post work out tea with fellow community members.
"Enjoy" a guided run around our track. choose to stick with us for one mile, 5k or 10k.
Bolt on a class to a days wandering
Become the warrior you're supposed to be. This package allows you to come and experience everything you get as wanderer on an unlimited basis along with unlimited access to all the scheduled classes. Plus two one-on-one sessions per month tailored to your needs. Yoga, martial arts, meditation and all the magik that comes along with them. It will be greuling at times but it will be worth it.
