COMING SOON Mana & Wak's performance company will offer beautiful pieces of immersive theater based on the physical vocabulary of Vinyasa Yoga. Telling stories, bringing philosophy to life and enlightening audiences with the grace and beauty of the yogic system.

We will then be able to bring this high level interpretative work into your studio to teach workshops based on postures and transitions used in the theatrical sense and translate them into the students everyday yoga practigce. Through this system we will be able to make sense of and elevate the students use of vinyasa and yogic movement.
