Any of our classes will get you moving in a serious way. But perhaps you're looking for something different.
We also host privates and small group sessions for yoga, martial arts and mobility (or a mixture of all three)
depending on what you are trying to achieve.
We also offer:
Free weights (In our onsite gym) for strength and conditioning.
All round fitness sessions including running (on our private track), mobility and strength training.
Acrobatics, free-movement and body weight training.
