About the event
A practical and hopfully fun introduction to some simple and memorable skills that we all hope you will never need. Drawing mainly from Jiujitus you will learn not complex sets of techniques but simple concepts that can be tested and made to work even in the most presurised of situations.
We will focus on staying calm, understanding balance, timing and joint manipulation.
