Ritual Circus weekend

The RITUAL CIRCUS our signiture event, a deep dive into movement, sound,  sprituality and new states of conciousness returns. Only this time were diving in for an entire weekend. A chance to work all aspects of the ritual in specific sessions before going into the full event. We will also be incorporating aspects of mystic story telling into this weekend... and introducing our new tree net which will allow group meditations 50ft off the ground in our mother oak tree. 

There is a ticket availible for the entire weekend and just the saturday. The weekend will consist of workshops, meanderings through story, the grounds and dreams in our cabins. The saturday will be a more focused, pulling together of all things Ritual Circus. 

FULL WEEKEND: 

Arrive friday evening 6pm

Mindfulness with Ryan (a short session on how to integrate the coming weekend)

Introduction to movement in the yurt

Introduction to sound with Will

Dinner

Group story telling in the tree

SATURDAY MORNING (Weekend ticket holders)

Breakfast 7am - 9am

swimming and ice bath

Sound Making and voice integration with Will

Snack time

Movement Workshop with Toby

Ice and Sauna

Swim/ mindfull reflection with Ryan. 

Story and imagery integration

Break and Solo refelction time

Ritual circus (main event in the yurt)

voluntary Vinyasa yoga with the Mana and Wak sunday class 8:30am
