Private country studio space and gardens set in the grounds of an old farm (so old parts of it are in the doomsday books)

On the outskirts of High Barnet. Easily accessible from North London, Potters Bar, St Albans and Borehamwood & Elstree. Feel free to head over to class early to sit in our garden and read or hang out afterward and ill make you some Hoji-cha, Japanese tea.

The heart of Mana & Wak. A thirty foot, fitted out, fully insulated, wood burning stove heated yurt.

This building acts as both yoga studio and martial arts dojo with wall to wall mats that come in and out as needed.

It's the space I dreamt of having for many years. It's warm and inviting, peacful and inspiring.  Mana & Waks very own little temple dedicated to movment, sprituality and magik.

Our grounds are the perfect place to sit, reflect, meditate or even get in a run. were set in amongst five acres of English country side, so come and enjoy it before or after class.

Our whole site is set in the grounds of an old farm. We have fruit trees, lawns and meadows in which you are welcome to sit, meditate or just relax before or after your class or 1-2-1 session.

We've recently gotten into growing food on site but were learning as we go. We're hoping to expand this program hugely in the future to help feed ourselves, the mana & wak community and others on beautiful organic vegetables.

(watch this space for some rescued hens and free range eggs)

 The Studio WD6 5PN

Our beautiful pop-up space is located in the midst of lush English countryside. You will hear the birds as you practice, you will feel the warmth of the fire radiate through you. The tranquility is infectious.
